Micro Fence manufactures two different high-precision plunge bases that bring the precision of machine-tool measurement to router operations. The Original Plunge supports a variety of laminate trimmer motors, while the newer Micro Plunge Base is dedicated to high-speed rotary tools.
Either base can be fitted with a range of motors and accessories that include edge guides, circle and ellipse jigs.
In addition, the company has developed one of the most advanced lighting systems ever devised for the woodworking router. A six LED, circuit board assembly is available with a 12-volt wall plug or battery pack option.
“Once installed, you’ll be able to work with the clear advantages of the brightest, most evenly distributed lighting in the business. This Light Ring can be retro-fitted to any Micro Fence plunge base,†the company said in a statement.
