Bosch adds cordless edge and trim router

Bosch is introducing a 12-volt router, model GKF12V-25, with an an ergonomic offset design for comfortable, compact edge routing and trimming.

The cordless router is lightweight, balanced and designed specifically to make edge router and trimming easier.

The router provides 12-volt Max power combined with cordless convenience. A compact grip area is positioned over the workpiece for maximum stability when edge forming and trimming. The tool measures 9.9” high, 5.7” long (front to back) and 3.1” wide. Its narrow 2.3” grip area enhances the router’s maneuverability, according to the company.

“The Bosch GKF12V-25 Palm Edge Router is all about user convenience and routing precision,” Charlie Chiappetta, Bosch Power Tools’ product manager for 12-volt tools, said in a statement. “This is a handy tool that’s always at the ready.
