Lockdowel has added the Double-Headed Pin, a simple solution for fastening flat panels back to back, to a flat surface or ceiling surfaces.
The Lockdowel Double-Headed Pin inserts into housings on each surface. When attached the bond holds 100 to 110 lbs., ideal for hanging slight to medium weight objects. The Double-Headed Pin fastener solution requires no extra hardware and can be installed by hand The Lockdowel Double Headed Pin works with a variety of thicknesses of wood, MDF, particleboard and melamine, according to the company.
“We designed the Lockdowel Double-Headed Pin for panel to wall applications but in the process discovered it was perfect for signage,†Fred Koelling, Lockdowel’s CEO, said in a statement. “This fastener is easy to work with and can be inserted almost anywhere.â€
