New Pro Series from Castaly CNC

Castaly Machine introduces the Pro Series CNC router with automatic loading and unloading, drill bank, and rotary auto tool change.

“With the traditional CNC, the operator needs to load and unload. The Pro Series machine will do it automatically. One person can handle more than two machines at the same time,” the company said in a statement. “The Pro Series was designed for work 24 hours per day in intensive industrial conditions.

“The Pro Series router is powered by Yaskawa servo motors, provides high speed axis travel and high-speed panel processing. Rotary automatic tool change and drill bank provide fast tools change without employee interaction.

“And with automatic lubrication systems, routine maintenance is now easy and fast. The Pro router was engineered for optimizing the maximum yield for each panel.”
